Shipping and Return Policy
Order Processing
All fabrics are cut to order from full rolls. Please allow 2–3 working days for order processing before shipment.
🚚 Shipping
All orders are shipped from China. Estimated normally delivery time is 6-12 working days, depending on the shipping method and destination. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date of shipment. If your order has not arrived after 15 working days, please contact us — we will assist you in claiming the parcel.
For faster delivery, please contact us for specific shipping recommendations such as DHL, Fedex, UPS which charge differently with our normal shipping.
For orders over 20 meters, fabrics may need to be shipped rolled. Please contact us in advance for a custom shipping quote.
We are not liable for delays or delivery failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
Fabrics Returns
As all fabrics are custom cut, returns are not accepted once the fabric has been cut, altered, or customized.
Color Disclaimer: We do not accept returns due to color differences. If precise color matching is important to you, we strongly recommend purchasing a color swatch/card before placing your order. Please note that minor color variations may occur due to natural differences in dyeing batches or variations between screen displays and actual fabric colors.
Scarves Returns
If you are not satisfied with the scarf, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service for returns.
A refund will be issued once the item is received in its original, unused condition.
If there is any damage or defect, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs except for the quality reason.
